HNL Growth is an independent comparison and review website covering proprietary ("prop") trading firms. We publish firm profiles, side-by-side comparisons, reviews, deal/discount listings, calculators, and educational content.

We are not a prop firm, broker, financial institution, or investment adviser. We don't handle your money, execute trades, or sell challenges. All purchases happen directly with the firms themselves, under their own terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

Everything on this site is general information and opinion, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Scores, rankings, and "best for" labels reflect our editorial methodology — they are not recommendations tailored to your situation.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prop firm challenges involve non-refundable fees in most cases, and most participants do not pass. Never spend money on a challenge you can't afford to lose, and do your own research before signing up with any firm.

3. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep firm data (pricing, rules, payout policies, discount codes) accurate and current, sourcing it from firms' own websites, terms & conditions, and public announcements. However:

• Firms change rules and pricing frequently, sometimes without notice. Information here may lag behind.
• The firm's own website and terms & conditions are always the authoritative source. Always verify directly with the firm before purchasing.
• Discount codes can expire or be withdrawn by firms at any time.

If you spot something outdated, please tell us — we fix reported errors quickly.

5. Third-Party Firms & Services

We don't control the prop firms listed on this site. We are not responsible for their conduct, solvency, payout decisions, rule enforcement, platform availability, or any disputes between you and a firm. Your relationship with a firm is governed entirely by that firm's own terms.

A firm appearing on HNL Growth — even with a high score — is not a guarantee of its reliability. Firm quality can change, and prop firms have shut down in the past with little warning.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content or data without written permission;
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content (including through our contact form);
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• Misrepresent affiliation with HNL Growth.

The content, design, scoring methodology, and original graphics on this site belong to HNL Growth. Firm names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — their appearance does not imply endorsement of us by those firms, or vice versa.
