You request a JustMarkets withdrawal in the Personal Area under Funds → Withdrawal, and the broker's Finance Department reviews it. On the global site, JustMarkets says most requests are processed from its side within about one minute. That covers only the broker's part. Your bank, card network or e-wallet then needs its own time to deliver the money, which JustMarkets says can cause delays. The EU entity uses a slower, business-day timetable. JustMarkets says it charges no withdrawal fee, though payment providers may charge.
Step by Step
- Log in to the Personal Area on the website or the JustMarkets app (MetaTrader can't process withdrawals).
- Open Funds → Withdrawal.
- Pick the trading account you want to withdraw from.
- Choose a withdrawal method and fill in the payment details exactly as shown.
- Check the amount available, which appears under "Amount".
- Submit the request and confirm the one-time password JustMarkets sends you.

Timing: Broker Side vs Provider Side
| Stage | Global site (justmarkets.com) | EU site (justmarkets.eu, CySEC) |
|---|---|---|
| JustMarkets processing | Most requests within about one minute; Finance Department review | Same day if received in business hours; next working day if late or within one hour of closing |
| Payment provider delivery | Not guaranteed; delays possible | Cards/banks shown as 4–10 bank days; wire 1–6 bank days; wallets rapid |
| Broker fee | None stated | None stated, with exceptions (see below) |
"Processed within a minute" means JustMarkets has released the payment. It doesn't mean the money has reached your account.
Fees and Minimums
- Broker fee: JustMarkets says it charges none. Banks and electronic payment systems can charge their own fees.
- EU exception: the EU site says the company may pass bank or provider fees on to you in certain cases, for example when a withdrawal follows a deposit with no trading activity, or after an AML rejection.
- Minimum withdrawal: this is set per method. One published example is Vietnamese local bank transfer at $10 per transaction. Your withdrawal screen shows the limits for each method.
Why a Withdrawal Might Be Delayed
- Identity verification isn't complete. Finish KYC before you need to withdraw.
- You recently reset your Personal Area password. JustMarkets says withdrawals are unavailable for 24 hours after a reset.
- The payout details don't match. Funds should go back to accounts in your own name, and JustMarkets doesn't accept third-party payments.
- The payment provider is slow. Weekends, bank holidays and the provider's own checks all happen outside JustMarkets' system.
If a request is still pending after the provider's normal window, contact support from the official site and keep the transaction ID. Never pay a "release fee" to anyone who messages you about a stuck withdrawal. That is a common scam.
Check Before You Deposit
Withdrawal terms depend on the entity that holds your account and on the method you used to deposit. Before funding, read the withdrawal options for your country in the Personal Area, then try a small deposit and withdrawal first. For entry amounts, see the JustMarkets minimum deposit guide. For entities, costs and restrictions, read the full JustMarkets review. If you live in Malaysia, read our JustMarkets Malaysia note first.
