JustMarkets Minimum Deposit: $10 or $200 by Account — cover image

On the global JustMarkets site (justmarkets.com), the minimum deposit is $10 for Standard and Standard Cent accounts and $200 for Pro and Raw Spread accounts. The figure that applies to you depends on two other things as well. First, the legal entity that onboards you: the EU site run by the CySEC-licensed JustMarkets Ltd requires a minimum initial deposit of €100. Second, the payment method, because each method has its own per-transaction minimum and maximum. JustMarkets says it charges no deposit fee, but your bank or payment provider may.

Minimum Deposit by Account Type (Global Site)

Account Minimum deposit Spread (published "from") Commission Account currency
Standard Cent $10 From 0.3 pips None USC (US cents)
Standard $10 From 0.3 pips None USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, MYR, IDR, THB, VND, KWD, CNY, ZAR, AED, NGN
Pro $200 From 0.1 pips None Same list as Standard
Raw Spread $200 From 0 pips $3 per side per lot Same list as Standard

Which Entity Sets Your Minimum?

JustMarkets is a group of separately licensed companies. The table above comes from the global site. Your onboarding documents decide which company you actually contract with:

Entity (as published by JustMarkets) Regulator and licence Minimum deposit we could confirm
Just Global Markets Ltd Seychelles FSA, SD088 $10 / $200 table above (global site)
Just Global Markets (MU) Limited Mauritius FSC, GB22200881 Not confirmed separately; check your onboarding page
Just Global Markets (VG) Limited BVI FSC, SIBA/L/24/1177 Not confirmed separately; check your onboarding page
Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd South Africa FSCA, FSP 51114 Not confirmed separately; check your onboarding page
JustMarkets Ltd (justmarkets.eu) CySEC, 401/21 €100 minimum initial deposit

The EU entity also works under EU retail rules. Its site shows much lower leverage than the global site (for example 1:30 on EURUSD) and publishes a retail loss figure (69.28% of retail CFD accounts lose money with that provider at the time of checking). Don't use the $10 figure if you are being onboarded through the EU site.

Payment-Method Minimums

The account minimum is only half of the answer. In the Personal Area's Funds → Deposit screen, every method shows its own minimum and maximum per transaction and an average processing time. For example, the JustMarkets help article for Vietnamese local bank transfer lists a $10 minimum deposit, an $11,000 maximum deposit and a $10 minimum withdrawal per transaction. Methods and limits differ by country, so check the deposit screen for yours.

Two rules apply whichever method you choose:

  • No third-party deposits. You must fund the account from a payment account in your own name.
  • Fees: JustMarkets says it charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals, but banks and electronic payment systems may add their own fees or currency conversion.

Is $10 Enough to Trade?

$10 lets you open the account. It doesn't give you much room to manage risk. The Standard Cent account exists for this situation: its balance is shown in cents (a $10 deposit appears as 1,000 USC) and the minimum trade is 0.01 cent lot, which keeps the money at risk per trade small. JustMarkets' own description pitches Cent as a step between demo and a full Standard account.

Watch out for leverage on a small balance. The global entities publish leverage up to 1:3000. On a $10 or $200 balance, that ratio can wipe out the account in a single move. The broker publishes a margin call at 40% and a stop-out at 20% on these accounts. Size positions by how much you can afford to lose, not by the maximum leverage on offer.

How to Make Your First Deposit

  1. Log in to the Personal Area (see our JustMarkets login guide).
  2. Go to Funds → Deposit.
  3. Choose the trading account you want to fund.
  4. Pick a payment method and check its minimum, maximum and processing time.
  5. Enter your payment details and the amount. If a conversion applies, the "To be deposited" field shows the converted figure.
  6. Click Deposit and finish the payment on the provider's page.

Before funding, complete identity verification and send a small test withdrawal. That confirms your withdrawal route works before you add more money.

Before You Open an Account

Check that you are eligible. JustMarkets' site says it does not serve residents or citizens of Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the UK, the US or sanctioned jurisdictions. If you are in Malaysia, the Securities Commission Malaysia lists JustMarkets on its Investor Alert List for "carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities". Read our JustMarkets review for the full entity and cost picture before depositing.
