JustMarkets Login: Personal Area vs MT4/MT5 Access
How JustMarkets login works: the Personal Area for funding and settings, separate MT4/MT5 credentials for trading, password resets, and JustForex accounts.

JustMarkets has two separate logins. The Personal Area at justmarkets.com/signin uses your email (or Google/Telegram sign-in) and is where you deposit, withdraw, open accounts and change settings. MetaTrader 4 or 5 uses a different set of details: the trading account number, the trading password and the server shown in your Personal Area. Most "login failed" problems come from mixing these two up. If you used to trade with JustForex, the old domain now redirects to justmarkets.com and you sign in there.
Which Login Do You Need?
| What you want to do | Where to log in | Credentials |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit, withdraw, verify identity, open a new account | Personal Area (website or JustMarkets app) | Email + Personal Area password, or Google/Telegram |
| Place and manage trades on MT4 | MT4 desktop, MT4 mobile app or MT4 WebTerminal | Trading account number + trading password + server |
| Place and manage trades on MT5 | MT5 desktop/mobile, MT5 WebTerminal, or the JustMarkets app | Trading account number + trading password + server |
| Practise without real money | Demo account opened inside the Personal Area | Demo account number + demo password + demo server |
JustMarkets' MT4 page states plainly that account management, including deposits and withdrawals, happens in the Personal Area. MetaTrader is used only for trading.

How to Log In to the Personal Area
- Go to the official sign-in page at justmarkets.com/signin. Type the address yourself or use a saved bookmark rather than following links from chats or ads.
- Enter the email you registered with, or use Google or Telegram if that is how you created the account.
- Pass the security check and enter your password.
- Once inside, the "My accounts" section lists each live and demo trading account with its number and server.
The JustMarkets mobile app gives you the same Personal Area functions: registration, account management, personal details, deposits and withdrawals.
How to Log In to MT4 or MT5
On desktop, open MetaTrader and choose File → Login to Trade Account. Then enter the trading account number and trading password, and pick the server that matches the one shown for that account in your Personal Area. On mobile, add a new account inside the MetaTrader app and search for the JustMarkets server.
There are some platform-specific details to be aware of:
- JustMarkets app: in-app trading works for MT5 accounts only. If your account is MT4, the app sends you to the MT4 mobile app instead.
- WebTerminal: the broker's web page offers separate MT5 launchers for the Live, Live2, Demo and Demo2 servers, plus an MT4 launcher. If you pick a server that doesn't match your account, the login will fail even with the right password.
- Demo vs live: demo accounts sit on demo servers. A live account number won't connect to a demo server, and a demo number won't connect to a live one.
Servers, Investor Password and Web Terminal
- Servers: JustMarkets runs several MT5 servers, including Live, Live2, Demo and Demo2, and older accounts may sit on servers such as "Live 3" or "Live 5". Pick the exact server shown next to the account in your Personal Area. A wrong server is the most common cause of "Invalid account".
- Investor password: a read-only password you can set per account. It lets someone view your trades without trading. Don't share your main trading password.
- Web login: the MetaTrader WebTerminal on justmarkets.com launches MT5 (Live, Live2, Demo, Demo2) or MT4 in the browser.
Forgot Your Password?
Your Personal Area password and your trading password are different things, so reset the one that's actually failing.
- Personal Area password: use the reset page (justmarkets.com/password) and enter your registered email. JustMarkets warns that resetting this password updates your protection settings and makes withdrawals unavailable for the next 24 hours. If you plan to withdraw soon, keep that in mind.
- Trading (MT4/MT5) password: change it from the trading account's settings in the Personal Area, then log in to MetaTrader again with the new password.
The broker also uses one-time password verification on withdrawals. Keep the email or phone linked to your Personal Area up to date before you need it.
Common Login Problems
- "Invalid account" in MetaTrader: the server is wrong (Live vs Live2, or demo vs live), or you are entering your email instead of the account number.
- The JustMarkets app opens but won't trade: the account is MT4. Use the MT4 app.
- Old JustForex bookmark: justforex.com now redirects to justmarkets.com. Use the current domain.
- Locked out of your email: contact JustMarkets support from the official site. Don't share passwords or one-time codes with anyone who messages you first.
Avoid Fake Login Pages
Regulators have flagged social-media channels that impersonate trading brands. The Securities Commission Malaysia's Investor Alert List, for example, includes several Telegram channels using "JustMarkets"-style names. Only enter credentials on the domain you typed yourself, and treat anyone offering "account recovery" or "account management" through chat as a red flag.
Logging in doesn't change which legal entity holds your account, or which protections and leverage apply to it. If you are opening a new account rather than accessing an existing one, read our JustMarkets review and the minimum deposit guide first, and check that the broker serves your country. Its site lists Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the UK, the US and sanctioned jurisdictions as restricted.
