Valetax Withdrawal: Methods, Time and Rejections — cover image

You withdraw from Valetax in the Member Area: choose a payment channel, enter the amount and submit. Valetax does not publish a fixed withdrawal time. Its FAQ says a request shows as "pending" while in the queue and asks you to contact support if money has not arrived 24 hours after approval. Under the SVG terms, money goes back by the method and to the person who deposited, and profits may only be paid to a bank account in your name.

How to Withdraw From Valetax

  1. Log in to the Member Area.
  2. Choose Withdraw and the payment channel (normally the one you deposited with).
  3. Enter the amount and your payment details.
  4. Wait for the status to change from "pending" to approved.
  5. If funds have not arrived 24 hours after approval, contact support.

What the Terms Say About Withdrawals

  • Same route: withdrawals are made, where possible, by the same method and to the same remitter used to fund the account.
  • Profits to your own bank account: the SVG terms say profit withdrawals may only go to a bank account in the client's name.
  • Method can be refused: Valetax may decline a withdrawal method and ask you to submit a new request with another method.
  • Extra documents: Valetax can request more documents during a withdrawal.
  • Refunds: deposits that need refunding are processed within 60 days of payment.

Why a Valetax Withdrawal Gets Rejected

Valetax lists three reasons: the account is not verified, the details entered are wrong, or there is not enough free margin. Two more risks come from the terms:

  • Profit cancellation: under the FSC terms, trades flagged as arbitrage, abusive patterns, scalping with orders open less than 30 seconds, or abuse of the no-negative-balance policy can be voided.
  • Account freeze: for compliance or regulatory reasons the company can freeze the account and delay withdrawals.

Test Before You Trade Big

  1. Verify your account first (ID and proof of address under 6 months old).
  2. Deposit a small amount.
  3. Withdraw part of it before trading heavily.
  4. Note how long approval and arrival took.
