ECN spreads start at 0.0 pips plus a $4 commission; the other accounts are commission-free. Valetax lists no swaps on any account, leverage up to 1:2000, and MT4 and MT5. Which Entity Holds Your Account

Valetax runs one website for two companies, and its footer says the documents you get depend on which company onboards you:

  • Valetax International Limited (Mauritius) holds an FSC investment dealer licence (Full Service Dealer excluding Underwriting, GB21026312). This is offshore regulation.
  • Valetax Global Limited (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) is a registered company. SVG's Financial Services Authority does not license forex dealing, so this is a registration, not a dealing licence.

Payments for some methods are processed by Valetax Processing LTD, a Cyprus payment agent. That company does not make you a client of a CySEC broker. Full detail: Is Valetax safe?

Regulator Warnings to Check First

  • Malaysia: the Securities Commission Malaysia lists "Valetax" (valetax.com, valetaxintl.com and its social accounts) on its Investor Alert List for unlicensed dealing in securities.
  • Thailand: the Thai SEC added Valetax to its investor alert list on 25 May 2026 for unlicensed securities, derivatives and digital asset business.
  • Singapore and the US: Valetax says it does not serve residents.

If you live in one of these countries, do not open an account. For everyone else, check which company your client agreement names.

Accounts and Costs

  • Cent: $8, 1 lot = 1,000 units, spreads from 1.2 pips, 32 instruments, up to 1:1000.
  • Standard: $8, spreads from 1.2 pips, no commission, 52 instruments, up to 1:2000.
  • ECN: $50, spreads from 0.0 pips plus $4 commission, 42 instruments.
  • PRO: $500, spreads from 0.6 pips, no commission, 42 instruments.
  • Booster: $8, spreads from 2.0 pips; designed around rebates for you and your referrals.
  • Bonus: $8, spreads from 2.0 pips, MT4 only, up to 1:500, 20 instruments.

All accounts share a 60% margin call and 30% stop out. "From" spreads are minimums, not averages. Detail: Valetax account types.

Leverage Comes With Conditions

Leverage on Valetax is tied to equity. On Standard, it starts at 1:2000 and steps down as equity grows; the table reaches 1:1000 at $5,000 and 1:100 at $100,000. New trades opened 2 hours either side of the daily rollover get half the tier leverage, and trades opened 15 minutes around rollover or 10 minutes before and 5 minutes after major news are capped at 1:200. Detail: Valetax leverage.

Rules in the Terms You Should Know

  • Short trades: the FSC terms treat scalping where orders stay open less than 30 seconds as abusive and allow profits to be cancelled.
  • Arbitrage and bonus abuse: latency arbitrage, coordinated hedging and abuse of the no-negative-balance policy can also void profits.
  • Inactivity fee: the SVG terms charge $15 a month once an account has had no deposit or trade for 3 months.
  • Negative balance protection: both the SVG terms and the account pages list it for retail clients.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Valetax says deposits are credited within 60 minutes. Its payment page lists Malaysian and Indonesian online banking (from 50 MYR / 100,000 IDR, no fee) and USDT (from 50 USDT, 1.5 USDT fee, 10 minutes to 4 hours). It does not publish a fixed withdrawal time; it says to contact support if money has not arrived 24 hours after approval. Detail: Valetax withdrawal.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • $8 minimum on Cent and Standard
  • No swaps on any account
  • ECN from $50 with raw spreads
  • MT4 and MT5, plus copy trading

Cons

  • Licensed entity is offshore; the second company is only an SVG registration
  • On the SC Malaysia and Thai SEC alert lists
  • Profits can be cancelled for trades under 30 seconds
  • $15 monthly fee on dormant SVG accounts

Verdict

Valetax suits traders outside its restricted and flagged countries who want to start very small, avoid swaps and use MT4/MT5. It is not a good fit if you scalp very short trades, if you need top-tier regulation, or if you live in Malaysia or Thailand. Open a demo, read the terms for the entity that onboards you, then test a small deposit and withdrawal. See the Valetax broker profile for a quick comparison card.

Valetax Review: Your Questions Answered

Is Valetax a good broker?

It has a very low minimum, no swaps and MT4/MT5. Regulation is offshore (FSC Mauritius) or an SVG registration, and two Asian regulators have flagged it. It suits small-account traders in countries it serves who accept that level of protection.

What is the Valetax minimum deposit?

$8 for Cent, Standard, Booster and Bonus, $50 for ECN and $500 for PRO. Local payment channels can have higher minimums, such as 50 MYR.

Does Valetax accept clients from Vietnam?

Vietnam is not on the restricted list Valetax publishes, and the site has a Vietnamese version. The account would be held by an offshore entity, so Vietnamese regulators would not supervise it.

Does Valetax charge swaps?

Its account pages list swaps as not applicable on every account in all regions. Leverage is reduced for trades opened around the daily rollover instead.
