VT Markets Login Guide: Your Questions Answered
Why is my VT Markets MT4 or MT5 login showing "Invalid Account"?
"Invalid Account" means your numeric Login ID, Trader Password, or Server Name does not match—most commonly from picking the wrong server cluster (e.g., Live 1 vs Live 2) or logging into MT4 with an MT5 account number.
How do I reset my VT Markets Client Portal or MT4/MT5 password?
To reset your Client Portal password, click Forgot Password on the web login page. To reset an MT4 or MT5 password, log in to the Client Portal, go to Accounts Overview, click the settings icon next to the account number, and select Change Password.
What is the difference between the Trader Password and Investor Password?
The Trader Password grants full permission to open, modify, and close trades, while the Investor Password gives read-only viewing access and disables the New Order button.
Can I log in to VT Markets without downloading software?
Yes. You can log in directly through any web browser using VT Markets WebTrader (available for both MT4 and MT5 accounts) or through the TradingView broker panel.
